FAQS

What is deliverance?

Simply put - deliverance is soul care. Deliverance acknowledges there can be spiritual reasons behind a person's struggles. The Adrian Kirby Method of deliverance focuses on forgiveness, breaking soul ties, breaking both generational and targeted curses, and removal of demonic attachments and access points. All sessions using this method are Holy Spirit led. No two sessions are the same but there is always breakthrough that positively impacts a person's mind, body, and soul.

How do I know if I need deliverance?

Everyone can benefit from some form of deliverance because there are benefits from going through each facet of the process. For instance, holding on to unforgiveness leads to bitterness and depression, so forgiving those who have harmed you in some way releases the heart to begin recovering from past traumas.

How is AKM deliverance different from other deliverance ministries?

When it comes to deliverance there is no standard or industry approved method to lead someone to freedom. AKM uses a group approach in our sessions because we have found many benefits from having deliverers, seers, and intercessors all involved during a session. All sessions are completely guided by the Holy Spirit and often feature helpful insights, visions, and prophetic words. Deliverees often experience major breakthroughs, healing, and freedom in every session. Up to five experienced and certified deliverers can be in each session.

My church doesn't believe in deliverance. Why not?

There are many earthly and secular reasons why a church might not embrace the ministry of deliverance. Pastors who go through deliverance are often changed so much by the experience that they can't, in good conscience, abstain from adding it to their church message or ministry.
